Hurley youth programme. As a player for Hurley, Neil was reknowned as a
hard hitting middle order batsman and scored over 6,000 runs for the club

year once and scored over 4,000 runs for the club including 2 centuries.
Darryn Wright (Level 2) - Assistant Coach U9
Darryn joins the crop of coaches at Hurley after he achieved his ECB Level 2 qualification in July 2010.
Despite Darryn's all round cricketing prowess, it is likely that his coaching style will be based on "Do as
I say, not as I do!"
Darryn is an immensely popular character at the club and has been voted Player's Player on 3 occasions -
this could solely be due to the majestic platters of sandwiches that he brings along to home games.

In addition to coaching the Hurley U17s he has been the county U15
girls coach for 3 years. His daughter Amy came through the Hurley colts
